Author/Artist seeks "A Course in Miracles" partner For the past 30 years I have been a celibate monk, working in the world, yet without the stamp of approval from any traditional religious group. Due to the influence of A Course in Miracles, I am now seeking a Course spiritual partner. Since retiring from my social worker career, I have focused on my new career as a publisher and author of Course books. I have a BS degree in Art Education. During meditation, I am centered in the universal Christ. But I have practiced Zen Buddhist meditation and been the director of a nonsectarian yoga center where I taught yoga and offered yoga teacher training certification. I am learning how to practice loving forgiveness and acceptance of others and myself. My social skills are connecting through massage, speaking authentically, listening with an open mind and heart, being fully present with another person, and being silly at times when I am with friends who have a similar silly streak.

I am seeking a Course lifetime partner who has an active outer social life of enjoying the company of family and friends and who also has a vibrant inner spiritual life expressed through tangible daily spiritual practices, as for example as yoga and meditation.

OBSERVATION: A job interviewer asks, "What is your greatest weakness?" Wanting to put forward a totally positive image of himself, the applicant cleverly answers, "I work too hard!" Similarly, on this match site we each present an online profile description that is a pleasing public image---a mask of only positive traits. Ironically, the taking off of this mask by some brave souls who are open enough to be vulnerable will bring the intimacy required to build trust in relationships. Trust is necessary to foster an in-depth friendship, which hopefully will lead to a meaningful lifetime partnership.
