"spiritual, not religious"
"spiritual, not religious" whoa! how do i talk about this?...sprituality is an experience, as far as i'm concerned--not a set of beliefs or rituals or even emotions. ive always had these kinds of "feelings"--not emotions, but have never been able to understand or acxcept them as "real"....until explored yogic & Tao philosophies, Buddhist belief & wisdom, even so-called primitive tribal & shamanic beliefs & experiences. these have touched me deeply & opened me up to my own spritual reservoirs. it is very important to me, but iam not really a spiritual practitioner. i find that this aspect of my life simply helps me deal with many emotional challenges that i have. & my goal is deepen my spritual awarenes/practice to open more peace & clarity in my life
