just found this site and thought to give it a try...
Learning to live from the Heart instead of the head, finding out more and more the limitations of using my head...
I practice meditation and the "Inner Smile" daily,Yoga and Reiki(master Usui) frequently and Chi-Lel.
At my place we have every saturday night a Jam session with other exPats.
I live in rural Portugal in a small house at the edge of a small village.
Music and meditation are my main interests,I play Djembe and drum-kit.
I read Eckhart Tolle, Osho and about Shri Aurobindo.
