I am a Catholic but i also have Buddhist,Taoist,and Shinto beliefs. You can`t get to stuck in one belief system. They all have a piece of the truth... I`m a martial artist. I`ve been training for 6years. It`s been a awakening for me. The spiritual training goes right a long with the physical. I always try to maintain a immovable heart.And not take life too seriously. I used be person that would worry about everything.When you realize you have no control over pretty much everything and you accept it.It`s like a weight lifts off of you.
