Looking for friends to start my new life over in FL. I am a positive and happy soul. Loyal to friends I've had since childhood and family. I love to read non-fiction (something to learn from) especially new-age authors. Intuitive to needs and feelings of others, empathetic and compassionate. I love movies, sci-fi, action-adventure, a great comedy. I love good chinese food, mexican if a margarita (top shelf) goes with. Good homestyle and southern, top rated barbeque only, thick steak cooked to perfection and of course any dark chocolate desserts. I love all kinds of salads, all kinds of nuts, grain cereal for breakfast, lunch or dinner - all day when I am trying to stay healthy and lose the pounds I just gained eating all of the above. Last, but not least - only drink coffee socially, ever (not at home - fav. is Starbucks, Crackerbarrel's in their mug and Holiday House Restaurant's - of course with the meal! I am a new-age spiritual soul; after studying all the religions of the world in college, taught by a Catholic priest - by the way. Methodist at birth (Dad's family)

to eventually run like crazy away from the rules and dogma of religion as a whole. At age 19 read Ram Dass, Be here Now book, which is my theme for this life. Savour each moment, you never know if its the last moment. The three hurricanes in 2004 hit that home for me. I took off to live in three different states while gone - enjoying all the sights of each one. I have read all of Deepak Chopra (tried the fiction to) and used his perspective to get me thru hospice with my 80 yr. old Mother - my best friend. Hospice nurses are the best and help cross over so many souls. Eckert Toole's books are my all time best for last year and Wayne W. Dyer's lectures on PBS channel and his many books are truly my Inspiration! I still feel like I am 20 yrs. old at age 54 - just can't seem to understand who I now see in the mirror.
