We are all One I enjoy playing/writing/composing music, I sing, play guitar, bass, some woodwinds and percussive instruments, some of which I make myself. I keep my physical body healthy by staying active and exercising. I am somewhat of a historian/researcher, I love learning about society, culture, people, places, ideas, etc. I keep my mind open to all possibilities and experiences, I don't prefer to judge, especially when it comes to others. When I'm not doing the things mentioned above I am being a father to a lovely young girl who is adorable and sweet and is the light of my life.

My spiritual interests are as varied as they are open to new possibilities. At the top of the list would be meditation, I do personal meditation involving balancing, cleansing and crystallization of my rays/energy centers. I also enjoy facilitating planetary healing meditations and meditations in a group setting. I love reading tarot. I find myself very much attracted to the shaman way of life, the Earth mother speaks to me through animal friends, the elements and through intuition. I'm very connected to my power animals, I am blessed to have them as guides. I do rudimentary alchemical work.
