I Am Conscious
Conscious of being conscious
Conscious of the secrets placed in my soul before the creation of mind
Conscious of the illusion of space and time
Conscious that all consciousness is interconnected
Conscious of the melodies of our molecules,
The hidden lullabies of the universe weaving in and out of this reality and the next
Conscious of the expansion and contraction, the eternal breath breathing us
Conscious that in a crowded place, there is no one there but God and I
Conscious that bliss and beauty beyond our wildest dreams already exists within
That we all reflect a love that burns brighter than the sun
Conscious that we are created to be glowing, growing blessings to each other
Conscious of the energy more real than matter that is vibrant and vibrating all around
Conscious that we are already healthy and whole
That miracles are manifested by Love
And that out of Love, life gives us the lessons we signed up for
Conscious that fear and suffering are a choice
That darkness teaches us to appreciate the Light
That dawn wouldn't be as bright without the night

I am also conscious that I encompass various degrees of consciousness
That at times I choose to forget my Divinity
Choose to forget to see the web that is connecting you and me
That at times my ego tells me I am misunderstood and alone,
And I hunger for my home, for that from which I am from
At times I feel imprisoned by my body
And weighted by the great responsibility of being conscious
At times I long for ignorance,
For the solace that comes from not knowing the past or the future

And I know that I am conscious of more than this
That the ability to awaken from this dream to the next just takes focus
That a daily practice in remembering that I am dreaming expands the consciousness
And this expansion affects and is affected by all of your expansions
Which is why I choose to surround myself in Love and Light
Because like attracts like
And we are One
