Hi. I'm really glad to have found this site. Hopefully I can meet some kind and connected people.

Surprise, surprise, I'm a spiritual seeker. But, I also consider myself a spiritual finder. I worked with a teacher in Canada for 3 years to help me develop a spiritual practice that works for me. My problem has never been connecting, it's always been staying grounded. Thankfully, with the right guidance, I've found a way to be who I am, connected and alive, and keep both feet firmly planted on the ground. A lot of this grounding comes out through being creative, especially in music. I play improvisational banjo and guitar.

I have a very body-centered practice but am moving more into meditation lately. I do T'ai Chi and Chi Gong along with contemplative prayer and some Buddhist meditation. I usually include ritual items from the Jewish tradition, with which I am consistently finding my place in.

I'm a dreamer and have very strong ambitions to contribute to a community of like-minded people some day. I feel that this will find its fruition in a community house. But in the meantime, I'm studying for my Masters in Religious Studies at Naropa University.
