Life Focus:

I learned when I was about 17 that every human being's truest nature is unlimited and everlasting awareness, always "here and now," regardless of what the mood or experience is, positive or negative, painful or pleasurable. Our essential being and truest identity is non-changing and full in the midst of all changing limited experiences of life. This has to be experienced to be true, rather than only an intellectual understanding or belief.

In addition, I am magnetized to a "beautiful or very cute or pretty" sexy woman, to my taste. A woman who is healthful, fit, sensitive, heartfelt, passionate and compassionate. I am drawn to a woman who loves to laugh a lot! A woman who is lighthearted but also deep. I resonate with a woman whose satisfaction is in her heart more than her intellect, even though she may be brilliant! A woman who ideally is deeply musical (I play piano) and a lover of the arts of all kinds, including writing and movies.

Physical and Healthfulness:

I am 5'9" fit/toned/in shape with brown hair and blue eyes. Most of my life people have commented that I look many years younger than my age, probably from genes and years of a profound meditation practice (TM, Transcendental Meditation, which I no longer practice). I have something else that I practice now.

I love organic food and eat as healthful as possible when dining out.
I also enjoy trying different cultural flavors and sometimes will splurge. My diet includes fish and poultry and sometimes organic grass fed meat.
