I own a boutique media communications agency that specializes in branding, strategy and creative development— helping entrepreneurs get in touch with realizing their vision. I’ve also spent many years studying, training in and practicing metaphysics. I’ve been teaching classes and workshops on spiritual development and healing at spiritual centers in SoCal since 2003 and before that back East.
I’ve been on the planet long enough to understand what’s important to me in a relationship: A connection that creates an alchemical spark immediately and has the depth to sustain itself into a long-burning fire. Communication that includes and goes beyond words. The ability to speak your truth, yet still respect and hold compassion for the other person. Rich, conscious conversation… the kind that’s like S-- for the soul.
On a more practical note, I eat mostly organic, work out a few times a week, walk and hike a good bit. Not a fanatic, just trying to enjoy being in my body and make up for indulgences in wine, good food and chocolate. I like music, dancing, the beach and being active outdoors. I lost both of my dogs—a golden and a border collie—over the last two years, so I’ve been fighting puppy ---- by doing rescue work. Now, I figure that if I’m going take on something with fur that eats and needs love, it’ll be a boyfriend.
