Hey, well... I'm a primitve Survivalist (Tracker school student, a.k.a Tom Brown Jr.) and also I'm a member of the Self realization fellowship(a.k.a Autobiography of a Yogi). Basically since my field job for the U.S. Geological Survey ended I've been training in my physical survival skills, and my meditation and energy work. Otherwise I just try and challenge myself as much as possible to feel good. So I work my body at the gym and I hike up cliffs, run, etc. Otherwise I get my somewhat social fix reading books at cafes and/or drinking at a bar (usually just working the sacred at of questioning) and playing pool.
