I'm passionate about learning and growing in all areas of life but notably spiritually and emotionally. Also passionate about dogs, food, traveling & dance. Some things that I feel strongly about and try to make a difference in are those less fortunate, animal welfare, natural health and healing and helping others grow (not than I considerate myself an expert...I just think it's our duty to pass along any wisdom gained to help others).

I am deep, complicated, sensitive, aware and introspective. While I generally spend most of my time doing more calming activities, I am still vibrant and passionate about anything that I am involved in.

In my spare time I enjoy yoga, reading, Qi Gong, meditation and cooking. I'm not a cold weather fan so stay indoors most of the winter but in the summer love roller blading, hiking and camping. Where there are no bears.

I aim to always be completely authentic and it is the one thing I expect/respect above all else in others. That means I embrace all of who I am, light and shadow.

I'm also more of a one-on-one person, preferring quality time with friends vs. more social situations. I will never be your 'pub or sports buddy'.

I�m looking for someone that lives with integrity. I think that when one is in integrity, all their actions and choices are guided by the soul.
