Life has become very simple for me — in a good way. I meditate daily, speak with others about meditation often, and spend a lot of time in stillness. I’m no longer driven by ambition, status, or chasing experiences. I don’t have a long list of hobbies or distractions; presence itself has gradually become home.

I enjoy conversation that’s grounded and alive, laughter that arises naturally and unexpectedly — the kind that taps you on the shoulder and reminds you not to take life too seriously — and silence that flows naturally and can linger without needing to be filled, where we both feel at ease and at home in it.

That said, I’m very human
