is it a battle?

The headline of this section almost seems to imply conflict between religion and spirituality. But i think it depends on perspective.

religion, the way i think of it refers to the physical. it has to do with social responsibility and tradition etc. unfortunately this pretty much gets watered down into dogma.so it's possible to be religious without being spiritual.it's possible yo be nice and do good deeds and be totally corrupt inside. (don't ask me how lol)

Spirituality is like the opposite somehow. you can appear to be totally screwed up on the outside, but good on the inside. which is why it is said don't judge a book by its cover. And possibly what salvation is all about.

So that's my take on it.
