Hello everyone.... I have recently gone through some awakenings and although my soul is free and I know in my heart there is a reason for everything, painful it seems, but I know they are paths to higher spirituality and living above circumstances. I'm looking for other people on their journey to see if we can help one another. I want to learn how to better meditate and block out physical hindrances that try to test me but I have to trust I am in a cycle and it is expanding but this world is full of traps and blocks and I'm looking to transcend all that but still be grounded. I've been researching energies and some on cosmology but have a cloudy understanding.
