Livin' the dream... My spirituality is the most important thing in my life. I love yoga, meditation, the beach, volunteering, reading, 'feel good' music, and movies with a positive message. I find great joy in helping others. I strive to live in the moment and look for the good in life. I believe that we are all one, that we are all connected. I also believe that my way isn't the only way, it is merely another way. I am passionate about exercise and nutrition, I love taking care of my body and feeling good.
